CAPITALISING ON RECOVERY

HOW SPECIALIST & SUB CONTRACTORS CAN ADDRESS THE CHALLENGES OF ACCESSING

WORKING CAPITAL

Whilst there is clear evidence that recovery is underway in the construction sector, challenges remain for specialist contractors trying to access sufficient working capital to finance their existing business and  tender for future profitable business.

Availability of finance is often the limiting factor.

This presentation will focus on the issues facing financiers in the market at present, the legacy debt issue, specific problems facing contractors and what products are available to alleviate their cash flow pressures. Some case examples will also be presented

The briefing will take place on Wednesday 11th February 2015 in CIF, Construction House, Canal Road, Dublin 6.
