Construction Industry Federation’s member body, Irish Home Builders Association, will present this morning to the Oireachtas Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage, as part of the pre-legislative scrutiny of the general scheme of the Land Value Sharing and Urban Development Zones Bill 2022.
The delegation included Conor O Connell, Director of Housing and Planning with CIF and Director of Irish Home Builders Association, Hubert Fitzpatrick, Director General Designate, Construction Industry Federation and Michael Kelleher, Group Operations Director, O’Flynn Group.
