To begin this EDI conversation, we have created a lunchtime series where our CIF Team speak with a wide range of individuals from within business, policy, and governance, on challenges, opportunities and ultimately, their stories.
On Monday, 28th February, the CIF hosted the first in this new series of EDI focused webinars, entitled “In conversation with Louise Hogan”.
The webinar was hosted by CIF Southern Region Director Conor O’Connell. Conor was joined by Louise Hogan, discussing her career as an Electrician, her success on the international soccer pitch and her challenges and drive in a professional and sports career with a
hearing disability.
