1. John Sisk & Son
Sisk achieved a CDP ‘A’ Climate score for the second consecutive year, recognising its robust emissions reporting, transparency and progress on decarbonisation. This places the company among global climate leaders assessed by CDP.
Sisk’s EDIB programme was recognised at the Irish Centre for Diversity Awards, winning in the Advancing Allyship and Bystander Engagement category. The award reflects its structured approach to embedding inclusion and shared responsibility across the organisation.
2. BAM UK & Ireland

6. Cairn Homes
Cairn sponsored the STEM Mentor of the Year Award at the Women in STEM Summit, supporting initiatives that encourage girls to pursue careers in engineering and innovation. The award recognised educators empowering the next generation of female STEM leaders.

Jons supported I Wish 2026 by showcasing career pathways for women in construction, including progression from site roles into Health and Safety leadership. The initiative reinforces gender diversity in civil engineering.
The company successfully trialled 15% Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement in SMA surfacing with TII, delivering measurable carbon savings of approximately 4.7 tonnes CO₂e. The project advances circular economy practices in road construction.

Wills Bros made significant progress on the Hams Hall Battery Energy Storage System project in Birmingham, delivering major civil and electrical infrastructure milestones. The scheme supports grid stability and renewable energy integration within the UK energy network.

Ward & Burke partnered with the University of Galway to establish the Ward & Burke Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Data-Driven Engineering. The initiative aims to advance climate-resilient infrastructure, digital engineering and sustainable construction research.
14. Clonmel Enterprises Ltd
Clonmel Enterprises partnered with the Wayfinding Centre (Vision Ireland) to improve understanding of accessibility in temporary traffic management and infrastructure installation. The initiative bridges site practice with lived experience to enhance inclusive design.
15. Jones Engineering
Jones Engineering sponsored the National Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2026, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive workplace cultures and alignment with Irish Centre for Diversity principles. The sponsorship highlights leadership in advancing diversity across the sector.

16. Mercury Engineering
Mercury invested €400,000 in 2025 to support youth, education, mental wellbeing and food security initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The programme reflects structured community investment across Europe.
Mercury also announced a new Off-Site Manufacturing hub in Germany, integrating engineering, digital delivery and prefabrication to enhance productivity and reduce environmental impact across projects.
