🏗️ Coffey is delivering Ireland’s largest municipal food and garden waste biomethane facility at Little Island, Cork, in partnership with Kanadevia Inova AG and Stream BioEnergy. When operational in 2027, the €80 million facility will process 90,000 tonnes of waste annually, generate over 80GWh of renewable biomethane for the national grid and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 40,000 tCO₂e per year.

The six-storey development provides up to 100 beds alongside specialist medical, rehabilitation and wellbeing facilities designed to support vulnerable individuals in a safe and dignified environment.
