🏗️ Clonmel Enterprises Ltd completed Phase 1a of the Grand Canal to Lucan Urban Greenway project for South Dublin County Council, delivering upgraded pathways, new pedestrian crossings and improved public amenities within Griffeen Valley Park. The project supports sustainable transport, active travel and enhanced community connectivity as part of wider urban green infrastructure development.

🏗️ Coffey is delivering Ireland’s largest municipal food and garden waste biomethane facility at Little Island, Cork, in partnership with Kanadevia Inova AG and Stream BioEnergy. When operational in 2027, the €80 million facility will process 90,000 tonnes of waste annually, generate over 80GWh of renewable biomethane for the national grid and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 40,000 tCO₂e per year.

🏗️ Duggan Brothers (Contractors) Ltd completed the new Dublin Simon Community Health & Addiction Residential Treatment Facility at Usher’s Island, Ireland’s first purpose-built centre combining homeless healthcare, addiction treatment and recovery services under one roof. The six-storey development provides up to 100 beds alongside specialist medical, rehabilitation and wellbeing facilities designed to support vulnerable individuals in a safe and dignified environment.
