The CIF are delighted to announce that iQuest will take over as the new publishing partner for the CIF’s Construction Magazine from this month.
Shane Dempsey, Communications Director for the CIF, said:
“The CIF is delighted to welcome IQuest on board as our publishing partner for the federation’s key publication; Construction. In the busy social-media saturated market, it’s vital that Construction continues to provide trusted, thought leadership, information and commentary for CIF members. I want Construction to reflect the diverse network of the CIF, its branches, regions, constituent associations and policy-committees and of course its 1400 members. To the CIF membership, I’d say, this is your magazine, and it wants to tell your story. A key editorial objective in the coming years, will be to highlight members’ excellent contribution to their business, communities and the wider economy. I believe that Construction has the potential to put a face to this fantastic industry so that policy-makers and members of the public understand us better and support us because they understand our brilliant contribution to people’s lives, livelihoods and communities”.
iQuest brings a wealth of experience as part of the Business Post Group, a specialist in media, production and publishing. They are also the events partner to the CIF and by integrating the publishing and events strategies, the result will be an increase in synergies for members across both areas.
The next issue of Construction will be published on May 3, and we would love to hear from you. Get in touch today to tell us what’s happening in your company or organisation.
Managing Editor Siobhán Breatnach said: “Each issue of Construction Magazine will give you the opportunity to be part of the bigger conversation on what really matters to the construction industry. Each month we’ll feature the very best stories, news and ideas from across the country through a series of special profiles, in-depth features and inspiring interviews. We’ll also have the latest CIF updates and essential membership news covering all aspects of the industry from the boardroom to the building site. We look forward to hearing from you.”
Commenting on the new partnership, Managing Director of iQuest Sarah Murphy said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the publishing licence for the CIF’s Construction Magazine. We look forward to enhancing what is already an established and respected title, increasing its digital presence and offering a seamless integration with the CIF’s dynamic events calendar. We are excited to continue working closely with Tom, Hubert, Shane and all of the team at the CIF to promote and champion the excellent work they are doing to support the industry.”
