The event will be held at the Osprey Hotel, Naas, Co. Kildare. Registration opens at 08:30, followed by the main session from 09:00 to 10:45. Attendees are then invited to continue the conversation during a networking session from 10:45 onwards.

The event, titled “Regional Housing & Infrastructure Outlook”, will explore the theme “Unlocking SME Growth Through Housing & Infrastructure Delivery.” Participants will gain insight into upcoming housing and infrastructure pipelines, alongside practical guidance on how SMEs can engage through procurement opportunities, enabling works, and tendering processes.

We will be joined by a strong panel of speakers who will each provide targeted updates for SME contractors, small developers, and consultants:

  • Kildare County Council – Alan Dunney (Director of Planning, Enterprise, Economic Development and Emergency Services): Overview of Kildare’s social housing and infrastructure pipeline.
  • Home Building Finance Ireland – David O’Doherty (Divisional Manager): Finance for SME developers.
  • Uisce Éireann – Developer Liaison Team, Connections and Developer Services Team, and Forward Planning Team (Speakers TBC): Updates from Uisce Éireann’s Developer Liaison and Connections and Developer Services Teams on connection processes, developer supports, and the Low Volume Discharge initiative, followed by a Forward Planning overview of the accelerated growth programme and priority development locations.
  • HF Law – Dermot Durack (Director of Construction & Procurement : The importance of Substantial / Practical Completion as a Project Milestone.
