We offer our expertise across all aspects of HR and IR. We represent members (when requested), at meetings with trade unions, the Labour Court and Workplace Relations Commission.

Members of the CIF can opt to be included on the Voluntary Construction Register (VCR), at no extra cost. CIRI membership costs €600 + VAT. The VCR is a hallmark of quality and used by consumers in the public and private procurement of construction services. Focused on raising the standards within the construction industry, VCR fosters continuing professional development and frameworks that improve the reputation of members throughout the Irish construction sector.

Head of Membership

Catherine heads up the membership department and is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the membership growth, retention, and engagement strategy for the CIF, leveraging industry knowledge, initiatives, CPD opportunities, events, and national and regional construction industry advocacy to ensure members know about and are getting optimum value from the range of benefits that the CIF provides.

Bernardine Walsh

Membership Development Executive

Bernardine is responsible for marketing and membership development at the CIF. She has worked in similar roles in a number of leading representative bodies in Ireland. At CIF, Bernardine’s main responsibilities include securing and growing new business for the organisation.
