The CIF maintains a panel of Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioners who act as Adjudicators, Arbitrators, Conciliators and Mediators.

The CIF is an Adjudication Ireland: Low Value Dispute Procedure (“LVDP”) “Designated Organisation”. A “Designated Organisation” is an organisation that will nominate an Adjudicator, as set out in the LVDP Schedule D. Please make an application for the nomination of an Adjudicator using this webpage.
